Policies
Late orders are subject to availability of menu items.
Additional Bartenders and Butlers are available for $40.50 per hour (5 hour minimum).

Orders should be placed before 12:00 pm the day prior to your meeting.
Special menu requirements should be placed at least 72 hours prior to your meeting.
Specialty china, glass, silverware, linen rentals are available for an additional charge
If your meeting runs long and you need to reschedule your pick-up, please email or call the Catering team for a revised pick up time. Otherwise, a pick-up will be scheduled according to the meeting end time requested.
All cancellations received by 12:00 pm the day prior will not incur a charge. Any orders cancelled the day of will incur full charges with the exception of bottled beverages and prepackaged items.

Kosher and special dietary foods are available by request.
Kosher/special orders must be placed by 12:00 pm (Monday - Thursday) and 11:30 am (Friday) for the next day’s service.
All custom cake orders require 2:00 pm - 72 hours notice.

A final guarantee is required by 2:00pm - 72 hours in advance for all catered events.
